![]() I have a gig to prepare for and can't get to many files needed. Anyway, I opened up a Serato help desk ticket but when I hit submit I didn't get any confirmation that my email was received so I have no idea if it was even received. Didn't know if I can delete the previous versions. You can see several Serato versions (including Serato Dj Lite I originally started with). I included a pic (below) of the several versions in my Download folder. It doesn't seem to replace anything so it makes me wonder if it just keeps looking in the same spot. The last 32-bit compatible versions are Serato DJ Pro 2.0. One thing I found curious though too is that when you do the "repair - redownload" process, it creates another zip file on your computer. NOTE: Neither Serato DJ Pro nor Serato DJ Lite currently supports 32-bit operating systems. ![]() However, when I go to this folder naturally on my computer and search for the songs Serato says are missing, I can pull them up immediately. I go through the proper steps of "relocate files" but it's like it simply can't see these files in my Music Master folder. I have a huge amount of files that are now missing. Have any of you using Serato run into this issue of missing files? I know they say it's a known issue and they supposedly provide a link to "repair" and re-download (which I've done twice now) but this does nothing.
